Nikola commenced his professional career in 2013. After completing his studies, Mr. Komnenović worked as a law clerk in Magistrate court in Pančevo. In 2016, he joined Ilić | Stojković Law Firm.
Prior to joining our team and becoming an attorney at law, Nikola commenced his career in the Magistrate court in Pančevo, working as a judge’s assistant and being recognized as one of the best practitioners of his generation. His practice focuses mainly on representing and defending clients in employment-related litigation. In addition to his litigation skills, Nikola advises clients on a variety of employment issues, including HR policies, litigation avoidance, employment agreements and mandatory content of labor related agreements. He also provides guidance to companies on the internal investigation of employee complaints, including discrimination, sexual harassment, mobbing and other complaints. Nikola also handles a broad range of cases, with a focus on class action litigation. Nikola earned his LL.M. degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, International law department.
