His practice mainly focuses on corporate and business law, acquisitions, contracts and torts, local and cross-border financing, debt collection, labor law, public procurement law and procedure, tax litigation (administrative & judicial) and commercial disputes.

Miomir has over 10 years of professional experience in Serbia and the region. Prior to founding Ilić | Stojković, Miomir worked as a partner at a local law firm, serving a mixed set of institutional and private clients. During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers / PwC Legal as a senior lawyer, Miomir advised and represented a number of largest corporate clients in Serbia and the region in matters relating to finance, foreign exchange transactions, due diligence projects, tax litigations, public procurements, concessions and public private partnership arrangements (PPP projects), resolution of commercial disputes, numerous regulatory and administrative matters, insolvency and privatizations.

Miomir has particular experience in advising clients on various corporate and commercial issues as well as expertise in designing and implementing legally efficient, tailor-made corporate concepts and solutions. He also assisted many corporate clients by performing a number of investigations of targeted businesses (limited and full due diligence) prior to signing of agreements and other transactional documents.

Miomir obtained his law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law and formally started his legal career immediately after graduating in mid-2005. Prior to becoming a qualified attorney at law in Serbia, Miomir worked and studied in London where he completed postgraduate management and business studies at the London College.

Miomir is an attorney at law, admitted to the Bar Association in Serbia.
