Aleksandar Ilić is a partner at Ilić | Stojković law firm.

Aleksandar has over 10 years of professional experience in extensive areas of law. He completed his legal studies as one of the highest achieving students in his generation (2003), and commenced his professional career as an associate in a prestige regional corporate law firm Karanović/Nikolić. In 2005, he established his own law firm and, due to the high quality of service, the law firm Ilić has widely become recognized for its professionalism. In 2016, together with his colleague Miomir, Aleksandar moved to establish Ilić | Stojković law firm.
During his career, Aleksandar acted for a number of multinational clients in some notable court cases and transactions in Serbia, Russia and in the region. He has served clients in the tobacco, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, medical and automotive industries. Recently, he was a team member for preparation of the Pre-pack Reorganization Plan for a joint stock company “Optika” ad Beograd. He also has significant other litigation experience, ranging from banking to white-collar criminal matters before the court for organized crime. He frequently deals with cross-border issues and is well-versed in enforcement of debt collection. He has represented issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings in a variety of business sectors, including construction, energy, and oil and gas industries.
